John Qualls - Named to Forty Under Forty
Thursday, October 16, 2008 by Brian Wolff
Here at BlueLock, we were very proud of our Co-founder John Qualls, when he was listed as one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Forty Under Forty” earlier this year. Qualls, 39, president and CEO of BlueLock has led the company since our inception two years ago, as we have developed our infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and brought virtualization to Indianapolis.

The IBJ chose Qualls for his success through developing and promoting innovation in technology at BlueLock as well as with nFrame Inc., another Indianapolis-based technology company. Qualls is also a former TechPoint board member, where he helped educate others about the critical issues arising in technology in Indiana.

In addition to his success in the technology field, Indianapolis-Native, Qualls is a former sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps for which he served in Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He is also a member of Indy Business Book Club, Business TechNet, Smaller Indiana, a second-Dan Taekwondo black belt, loving husband and a father of three.

Congrats John! With a standup company such as BlueLock, I can see why they chose you. These blogs on cloud computing and virtualization have been extremely informative as well!
